We are currently looking for a Senior Account Manager (Shipping Sales) for one of our clients.

  • Permanent and full-time role - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Prepare various financial analyses and reports as needed.
  • Assist the auditors in the annual review and tax engagement.
  • Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger.
  • Run the billing process.
  • Monitor customer accounts and perform collections activities.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Record supplier invoices and payments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
What You Will Need To Succeed
  • Highschool Diploma.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 5+ years of experience in the shipping / account management / sales.
  • Driver’s license required.
  • Experience in selling software solutions and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
