Our client is a Canadian based, boutique technology services firm serving the government, healthcare, education, and commercial sectors. They deliver cloud, on-premise, and hybrid solutions that help their clients achieve optimal digital business transformation. They have award winning-level partnerships with industry-leading technology manufacturers, and have won multiple awards for being one of Canada's Best Workplaces.
They are looking for a Senior Sales Executive for the Edmonton territory to join their growing team to focus on acquiring new accounts as well as grow existing business. They are offering a lucrative compensation plan consisting of base salary, and uncapped commission, with aggressive accelerators and additional perks for exceeding targets.
About the Role:
- Work with customers to obtain a deep understanding of their technological framework and needs and translate those needs into product requirements that satisfy their demands
- Create and maintain fully developed relationships with strategic partners, including knowledge of their products, services and special programs
- Consistently attain a minimum monthly gross profit and a quarterly Sales Quota.
- Develop product and services proposals, quotes and RFP responses, including contracts and product leases
- Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and manage customer expectations
- Qualify new sales opportunities consistently and demonstrate accurate sales forecasting
About You:
- Experience selling end to end consulting services (not merely selling services around a product > i.e implementation services for a CRM solution etc)
- Professional, self-motivated, entrepreneurial attitude
- MUST have 7+ years selling Technology/IT Services, selling to IT executives at a senior level
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen and customer-centric perspective
