Looking for a highly motivated, experienced Founder / CEO level strategic partner to maximize the vision of the CEO & founder of a cybersecurity & ai development group. The individual must be able to articulate the vision of the deep technology businesses and operate a mission driven approach to supporting the cutting-edge scientific research to transform the world. Every day will bring a new experience. This is a special opportunity to partner with stakeholders across all levels within the group and across portfolio companies to execute a wide variety of projects. The executive assistant must liaise with shareholders, top business / political leaders, board members and journalists as they witness the latest innovations.

Responsibilities:

- Strategically schedule, manage and prioritize CEOs meetings

- Partner with team members across the firm to prepare the CEO for all meetings

- Act as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders to exchange critical information to CEO & relevant team members on a timely basis.

- Work cross functionally across the firm to ensure that actions are delivered successfully and within the expected impact / timeline

- Correspond and provide high-touch positive experience for all guests of the CEO, and lead the end-to-end workflow on relationship management

- Process and track CEO’s professional and personal expenses

- Coordinate all professional and personal travel / personal related logistics

- Collaborate with the operations director on select office management duties and events

- Partner with financial and estate manager on select personal matters, including scheduling, financial management and events

- Understanding of smart contracts, ai, blockchain and emerging deep technologies

The ideal candidate:

- Bachelor degree

- 10+ years as c suite executive assistant supporting UHNWIs, investment groups, politicians, family offices etc.

- - Prior experience in venture capital firms or technology businesses
