Commission Based Ae - Account Executive (Sales Intelligence)

Requirements:

• Interest in working in a 100% commission role that can turn into a salaried role

Responsibilities:

• Developing individualized coaching plans for each sales team member
• Analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these areas
• Conducting training sessions and workshops to improve the sales team's knowledge and skills
• Collaborating with the sales leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives
• Monitoring the progress of the sales team and adjusting coaching plans as needed
• Providing regular coaching and feedback to the sales team to help them improve their performance

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales coaching or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques
