Les candidats doivent posséder un fort désir d'apprendre et de vendre les services Priority et d'interagir de manière proactive avec le personnel et les clients Priority.


Priority fournira l'infrastructure et les ressources nécessaires pour commercialiser avec succès notre entreprise. On s'attend à ce que le chargé de compte utilise les outils fournis et développe davantage notre système pour conquérir avec succès des parts de marché. Un responsable de compte Priority qui réussit doit apporter de nouvelles idées et cibler de manière agressive les entreprises potentielles. L'établissement de relations, la tenue de compte et le suivi sont des caractéristiques essentielles requises de cette personne.


Vous recevrez une formation technique continue et un soutien sur le fret aérien, le fret maritime, la logistique de gestion de projet, le transport terrestre, l'entreposage et le courtage en douane. De plus, vous recevrez une formation sur notre système de devis et en apprendrez davantage sur notre processus CRM et de gestion des opportunités. Vous serez également exposé à notre stratégie à long terme et à nos objectifs de croissance.


Tâches de base


  • Utilisation précise et opportune du système CRM et des opérations de Priority pour gérer les relations avec les clients, les pipelines et les opportunités.
  • Voyager selon les besoins pour développer, sécuriser et maintenir les activités ciblées.
  • Établit et maintien des contacts avec les clients et développe une stratégie de vente.
  • Identification de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires qui contribueront à la croissance personnelle/de l'entreprise sur la base des commentaires/études du marché.
  • Étude de marché pour identifier de nouveaux clients et développer les affaires avec les clients existants sur les marchés identifiés.
  • Participation au développement de matériel exploitation relatifs, présentoirs de salons commerciaux, etc.
  • Gérer les relations quotidiennes avec la clientèle assignée et développer une compréhension approfondie des besoins des clients et des stratégies commerciales à long terme.
  • Communication constante avec les clients via des visites en personne, téléphone et e-mail pour renforcer les liens commerciaux existants et générer de nouvelles opportunités de revenus.
  • Participation hebdomadaire aux réunions ventes, de gestion et/ou opérationnelles selon les demandes/besoins, y compris la préparation de rapports pour la direction.
  • Augmenter la résolution de tous les problèmes, préoccupations, etc. qui se développent avec les clients, les fournisseurs et les opérations.
  • Interagir avec tout le personnel des opérations et du service à la clientèle (domestique, exportation et importation) pour assurer l'achèvement des activités et un environnement d'équipe cohésif.
  • Négocier des contrats, préparer des devis et des propositions pour les clients.
  • Diffusion des SOP pertinentes et de l'information de l'industrie au personnel des opérations.
  • Assister et coordonner les séminaires d'éducation des clients.


Exigences de base


  • Expérience utilisation de Cargo Wise préférée
  • Capacité à négocier et à conclure des accords complexes
  • Baccalaureate preferer
  • 5 ans d'expérience dans le transport de fret
  • Capacité à bien travailler avec d'autres responsables fonctionnels de l'entreprise pour développer des stratégies, des plans et fixer des objectifs
  • 5 ans d'expérience dans la vente

Position Overview


Priority Worldwide is seeking an outgoing, motivated sales professional to contribute to the development of our existing and prospective commercial client base. Candidates must possess a strong desire to learn and sell Priority services and proactively interact with Priority personnel and clients.


Priority will provide the infrastructure and resources to successfully market our company. It is expected that the Account Executive will utilize the tools provided and further develop our system to successfully capture market share. A successful Priority account executive must contribute new ideas and aggressively target potential business. Relationship building, account maintenance and follow-through are essential characteristics required of this person.


You will be provided continued technical training and support on air freight, ocean freight, project management logistics, ground transport, warehousing, and customs brokerage. Additionally, you will receive training on our quote system, and learning about our CRM and opportunity management process. You will also be exposed to our longer-term strategy and growth targets.


Basic Duties


  • Negotiate contracts, prepares quotations and proposals for clients.
  • Dissemination of pertinent SOP's and industry Information to operations staff.
  • Travel as needed to develop, secure and maintain target business.
  • Constant communication with clients via in-person visits, phone and e-mail to strengthen existing business ties and generate new revenue opportunities.
  • Weekly attendance of sales, management, and/or operational meetings as requested/needed, including preparation of reports for management.
  • Interact with all operations and customer service staff (domestic, export, and Import) to ensure completion of activities and a cohesive team environment.
  • Participation in development of relative marketing materials, tradeshow displays, etc.
  • Accurate and timely utilization of Priority's CRM and Operations system to manage client relationships, sales pipeline and opportunities.
  • Augment resolution of any problems, concerns, etc. that develop with clients, vendors and operations.
  • Assist with and coordinate client education seminars.
  • Identification of new business opportunities that will contribute to personal/company growth based on market feedback/research.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned clientele and develop a deep understanding of customer needs and long-term business strategies.
  • Establishes and maintains client contacts and develops sales strategy.
  • Market research to identify new clients and to expand business with existing clients in identified markets.


Basic Requirements


  • Ability to work well with other functional heads of the business to develop strategies, plans and sets objectives.
  • Ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
  • 5 years of experience in freight forwarding
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience using Cargo Wise preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in sales
