Lenovo est à la recherche d'un responsable des solutions de services (SSE) expérimenté pour vendre son portefeuille de services et de solutions en pleine expansion aux clients utilisateurs finaux de PME à travers le Canada. En tant que SSE, vous travaillerez avec l'équipe des solutions industrielles et l'organisation technique de Lenovo pour gérer le processus d'engagement commercial du début à la fin, en veillant à ce que les exigences des clients soient satisfaites.


Responsabilités:


Atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires et de marge en stimulant de nouvelles activités et en faisant la promotion du portefeuille de services et de solutions de Lenovo


  • Établir et maintenir des relations de niveau C avec les clients en tant que consultant de confiance
  • Restez à jour avec les développements continus des produits et services de Lenovo
  • La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est requise
  • Prendre des initiatives et faire preuve de leadership dans une entreprise en pleine croissance
  • Développer et exécuter des stratégies de vente efficaces pour atteindre les objectifs
  • Assurer des ventes et un service client de classe mondiale aux clients
  • Définir des cadres pour gérer la stratégie et les prévisions à long terme
  • Associez-vous à plusieurs organisations et dirigez tous les éléments du cycle de vente des services


Qualifications:


  • Baccalauréat ou expérience professionnelle équivalente
  • Expérience dans la vente de services technologiques préférée
  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience réussie dans la vente de services et de solutions
  • Capacité avérée à développer des stratégies pour pénétrer et vendre aux grandes entreprises
  • Expérience de la croissance des accords-cadres de service et des énoncés de travail

Lenovo is looking for an experienced Services Solution Executive (SSE) to sell their expanding services and solutions portfolio to end-user SMB customers across Canada. As an SSE, you will work with Lenovo's Industry Solutions team and technical organization to manage the sales engagement process from start to finish, ensuring customer requirements are met.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure world-class sales and customer service to customers
  • Achieve revenue and margin goals by driving new business and promoting Lenovo's portfolio of services and solutions
  • Define frameworks to manage long-term strategy and forecasting
  • Partner with multiple organizations and lead all elements of the services sales cycle
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve goals
  • Take initiative and provide leadership in a growing business
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships with customers as a trusted consultant
  • Stay up-to-date with Lenovo's ongoing product and services developments
  • Fluency in both French and English is required


Qualifications:


  • Experience selling technology services preferred
  • 5+ years of successful services and solutions sales experience
  • Proven ability to develop strategies to penetrate and sell to large companies
  • Experience growing master service agreements and statements of work
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience


This is a client-facing role, and we are looking for a solution seller with a proven track record to take their career and our services and solutions business to the next level.
