Job Description

Remote Position - PST Hours


Sales Coordinator


Key Qualifications And Experience


  • 3+ years experience as Sales or Ops Coordinator or equivalent role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other relevant field


Administrative Expectations


  • Maintain trusting relationships with clients and across the teams
  • Confirm meetings/calls a few days prior to the scheduled date
  • Work with the finance team in ensuring payments are up to date
  • Design and coordinate team events such as off-sites, celebrations, and workshops
  • Manage sales leaders’ calendars and a collaborative, cross-functional team calendar; schedule and plan meetings
  • Lead communications with clients regarding any issues of documentation, contract, payment, or scheduling
  • Provide documentation and communication support for sales leaders, including sending contracts, payment links, client communications, etc.
  • Support coordination of ad hoc projects
  • Manage the 1800 phone line for any incoming calls
  • Support accounting team on refund and failed payments
  • Provide client support & coordination as needed


Job Requirements


  • Prior sales coordinator experience required
  • Extensive administrative and task management experience required
  • Is skilled and efficient at using various computer programs such as the Microsoft Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Teams), Docusign, Stripe, Google Workspace, Zoom, Calendly, etc. (presentation design in programs such as PowerPoint/Keynote helpful, but not required)
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Support during PST Hours (10am- 7pm PST)
  • Experience supporting projects logistically and administratively
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
