Job Description
Description
We are looking for an Implementation Manager to support our Implementation and renewal projects across the US and Canada for our market leading software. We support our clients to apply their business rules to our highly configurable cloud based system to support complex salary review and bonus processes and long term incentive awards in one unified platform allowing compensation recommendations to be made in line with appropriate governance, in an equitable, fair and risk-free way.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify use cases, roles and other business requirements for each project
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Working in a small collaborative team environments.
  • Support in the documentation of requirements through working sessions with the client and an Implementation Manager
  • Provide product expertise to customers
  • Configure the Payscale compensation tool in line with the client requirements.
  • Identify risks and escalate as appropriate

In this role, you will:
  • Build new customer accounts through back-end administrative product tools
  • Inform new and existing customers of 'next steps' for their product implementation and services deliverables, including communication of project timelines.
  • Support additional product implementation activities as needed, including responding to miscellaneous customer queries
  • Utilize and assist in creation of Salesforce based reports for customer outreach
  • Ensure collection of documents required for product implementation
  • Contact new customers programmatically throughout product implementation based on implementation status, phase, and segment
Qualifications
  • Experience with technical product support, troubleshooting, or product implementation experience is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM tool(s) preferred
  • Problem solve complex configuration challenges independently
  • 1+ years experience in a customer facing role within software
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is CAD $52,675 - $79,100, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus of 10%. If you are hired at Payscale, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
Location
We are a remote first company where you’re able to work primarily from your home, with company-provided equipment to set you up for success. O ur employees are distributed across the US, UK, and Canada with access to WeWork or Regus space to allow for in person collaboration. We are unable to hire in Quebec Province, Northern Ireland, Hawaii.
