Responsibilities:

• Mentor team members and provide guidance on technical issues and career development.
• Manage technical debt and ensure code quality through code reviews and other quality assurance processes.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Java development and recommend best practices to the team.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of new team members.
• Lead a team of Java developers and oversee the technical aspects of projects.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain Java applications.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Java development
• Experience with cloud-native deployment
• Prior experience in technical management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to take initiative
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong knowledge of SpringBoot, SpringCloud frameworks and common middleware and storage technologies such as Redis, Kafka,Elasticsearch, and MySQL
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
