In this role you will be responsible to apply strong IS application technology knowledge and expertise to any application IS activity within all IS process domains, especially within BUILD and RUN to support global business needs and help solving difficult topics, is capable to work independently.
The role IS ERP Operation Manager is reporting to Global IS ERP Manager & is a part of ERP Domain of ABB.

Your responsibilities

• Automations, Contract & Financial Management.
• Identify and propose Continuous improvement initiative to improve services efficiency (as for example the drive of overall ticket volume decrease).
• Ensure high availability and performance for applications in production at optimized costs, according to the business needs. Participate in Projects Go-Live planning as a gate keeper to ensure operational readiness, prepare transition to run.
• Oversee day-to-day services solutions for good health/stability with partners . Daily weekly and monthly operation reviews with the partner selected for Application Management Service.
• Coordinate with Partners, Services Performance Team, Business Users for Incident, Problem and Change management
• Act as point of contact for escalations whenever there is a need for and/or manage conflict . Drive the level 2 and level 3 support activities for his portfolio of applications.
• End To End Accountability for ERP Applications Operations & Maintenance. Provide support on new topics from RUN perspectives (new processes, new business stakes).
• Control performance through KPIs, with Operation Service Agreement and Service Level Agreement, ensuring they are met by the partners.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in any specialization(Ex- Business Administration, Information technology, Finance& Commerce & Engineering).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills as work involves interacting with many stakeholders within and outside the organizations in partner ecosystem as Supplier management experience desirable.
• Knowledge of Portuguese Language would be a plus.
• Experience in writing knowledge articles, support documentation and working knowledge of collaborative tools (ITSM, Power BI, Tableau & MS Office tools).
• Excellent Communication & Presentation skills needed.
• SAP Knowledge is preferable with ITIL skills.
• Driving performance and service quality for run activities for Engineering Applications. Partner ecosystem management - Manage partners for Run activities compliance with Quality & Service Agreements.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant of Functional/Operations experience in handling external Partners and managing the maintenance support activities.
• Transition Management- Secure hand between build and run activities. Expertise in driving process improvements initiatives.
