Project Manager - Erp Implementation

Our client has provided timely access to conveyor betting and material flow handling products, accessories and solutions since 1969. We make things move for our clients. Our client enjoys one of the largest sales and service networks in the Material Handling industry in Canada through our twenty-one branches. Our client's customer-oriented maintenance service has earned us a reputation for being the best in the industry.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is seeking an experienced ERP project manager with distribution / service / inventory management, manufacturing and financial module experience skills who will be accountable for changing the environment.

ABOUT THE POSITION

This is a full-time remote position with PST work hours. (9 AM- 5 PM from Monday to Friday). The client's office is in Delta, BC.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Scope management to ensure project deliverables meet the expectations of the project commitments
• Managing the project risks to ensure deliverables are met on time, in scope and on budget
• Establishing and managing schedules, resources management plans and work breakdowns to ensure deliverables are met on time, in scope and on budget
• Stakeholders management includes executives, management and operational staff
• End to end ERP Implementation
• Vendor management – work with vendor resources to achieve program goals

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in distributions and manufacturing
• Change Management experience in managing large scale system implementations and process changes
• Be prepared to present a collection of PM artifacts during the process, which includes: ERP implementation experience (list where they come from), Project Plan, Risk Register, Resource Plan, some form of communication to groups on a particular issue, Project Charter
• 10 years of relevant experience, including experience managing technical projects – configuration, integration and development
• ERP and enterprise systems experience – implementation and configuration
• Experience with Agile and PMI frameworks

COMPENSATION

• 3 weeks vacation
• Medical package (health, dental)
• $150,000 per annum depending on experience
