About this Role:

The Financial Systems Manager is primarily responsible for managing and supporting the Company’s financial systems. The Financial Systems Manager will then help to manage and prioritize all business requirements from various Financial and Revenue teams. This role will be a critical cross-functional contributor, supporting Financial projects, implementations, troubleshooting, and making improvements and enhancements recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross functionally to implement & manage NetSuite integrations.
• Lead and support financial system initiatives from inception to launch, providing requirements, documentation, implementation, user testing support, and change management.
• Develop the strategy and roadmap for an ERP implementation and migration, driving alignment with cross-functional stakeholders on priorities and approach, and answer clarifying questions as needed.
• Perform regular system analysis to identify gaps and ensure proper access and financial accounting controls.
• Build, develop and test detailed scripted customized solutions and prototypes.
• Serve as a resource and SME on various projects and business initiatives.
• Manage and mentor the growing financial systems team.
• Define and document detailed functional requirements for workflow automations and integrations to NetSuite.
• Lead business, accounting and workflows process improvements for various segments across the business, including: finance, accounting, revenue, sales ops, procurement, tax, audit, and security.

Qualifications:

• Manage any support tickets from Netsuite users.
• Support SOX and ITGC's audits.
• Partner with Finance & Accounting to perform quarterly review of NetSuite user licensing, roles, and permissions.
• Contribute to the system roadmap for NetSuite and other Financial systems improvements and enhancements.
• Provide on-going implementation, systems and technical support for Netskope’s Financial system.
• Maintain NetSuite security best practices and manage/customize user roles and access.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively across a variety of audiences from end users to executive leaders.
• Ability to multitask, be organized and prioritize.
• Has hands-on experience with operational expertise in business change management practices and SDLC concepts.
• Strong management, teamwork and customer service attitude in supporting end-users.
• Excellent project management, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 3+ years of leading/managing one or more functional work streams such as Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash.
• Understanding of general Finance & Accounting and how to apply to system management.
• 6+ years of relevant Netsuite and Financial Systems management experience.

Preferred:

• SQL skills and familiarity with database concepts are a plus.
• Certified Netsuite Professional.
• Accounting and or IT background: including knowledge of internal controls and how they are applied within financial applications, is a plus.

Education:

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree; preference for computer science or related degrees.
