Experience using Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS);

Knowledge of Front, Middle, and Back Office processes of an Investment management organization and related end-to-end trade execution workflows;

Document, review, and update all CRIMS (Charles River Investment Management Solution) related issues, inquiries, and change requests including internal Mercer issues

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills;

About The Customer Implementation Manager Role

Planning of schedule of course offerings, educational content, program assessment and evaluation tools, reports and procedural guidelines

Demonstrates a commitment to enhancing one’s own awareness, knowledge, and skills related to equity, diversity, and inclusion

Undergraduate degree, preferably in Journalism, English, Education or another relevant discipline, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum four years of related experience in educational development and/or communications, preferably in a university environment.

Work with partners and within graduate programs across the institution to align on processes and procedures to administer graduate education.

Develop and deliver educational tutorials, sessions, training, webinars and workshops.
