The IP Client Solutions Representative is responsible for providing technical support and customer service to clients who are using IP-based solutions. The IP Client Solutions Representative will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, providing technical advice and guidance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Detailed Job Description:
The IP Client Solutions Representative will be responsible for providing technical support and customer service to clients who are using IP-based solutions. The IP Client Solutions Representative will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, providing technical advice and guidance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The IP Client Solutions Representative will also be responsible for providing training and support to clients on the use of IP-based solutions, as well as providing technical assistance to clients in the implementation of new IP-based solutions.What is Client Solutions Representative Job Skills Required?

• Knowledge of IP-based solutions and technologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least two years of experience in customer service and/or technical support
• Knowledge of IP-based solutions and technologies
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues

• Ability to provide training and support to clients
