Responsibilities
As the Client Solutions Associate, you will provide administrative support to the Commercial Client Service Team focused on servicing our clients in the Entertainment Industry. Together you deliver tailored Insurance solutions, ensuring our clients are thoroughly protected against the effects of damage to commercial property and assets, loss of income due to unforeseen incidents or even damages to third parties. This role is a phenomenal entry point for anyone looking to build a career in the Insurance industry!
How You Will Affect the Business:

• Process cast logs
• Prepare presentations, insurance submissions, certificates of insurance, pink liability insurance slips and check policy documents for accuracy.
• Set up and maintain client files
• Process new business and renewals
• Insurance Company portals – access various Insurance Company portals to obtain insurance policy documents.
• Invoicing, binders and cover letters

Education and Experience:

• Successful completion of Insurance Broker License within 3 months of start date.
• Experience in an Insurance Brokerage or Customer Facing Environment highly preferred. Knowledge of EPIC broker management system considered an asse, but not required. An interest in pursuing Insurance
• Secondary School Diploma required, College or University Degree strongly preferred.
• A year of professional work experience required.
• Designations highly preferred (i.e. CAIB, CIP, CRM).
