Ca) Has An Opportunity For Up To Three Directors Clinical Digital Services To Lead Customer Service Focused Teams One Of The Following Areas

Shared Health (sharedhealthmb.

• Connected Care including providing virtual and integrated access tools to support the delivery of health services Manitoba-wide.
• Integrated Health including supporting digital clinical systems for acute, tertiary and community health services.
• Ancillary Programs including supporting digital clinical systems for diagnostics and specialty care health services.

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Inspire teams to provide exemplary customer service through transformative operational change.
• Have demonstrated experience creating operational service delivery models to meet service commitments and ensuring client satisfaction
• Expertly navigate customer escalations and collaborate with senior leaders across the Manitoba health system to ensure technology supports patient safety and care as the primary focus.

These positions require a minimum of 10 years of progressive digital leadership experience including:

• 5 years of developing and implementing annual operating plans focused on client service, and
• 5 years of influencing key stakeholders including senior management and managing assigned vendor contracts for outsourced clinical digital systems and solutions.
• 5 years of managing service-focused interdisciplinary teams in delivering and maintaining digital solutions for clinical health service,

A post-secondary degree in or related to health informatics, technology, or computer science, and ITIL certification (Foundation or higher) is required. The required director level leadership capabilities outlined in the LEADS in a Caring Environment framework adopted by the provincial health system in Manitoba support the required skills for success and required leadership skills for this position.
