About The Group Director, Delivery Role

As the Group Director, Delivery you will be responsible for making sure that we are delivering best-in-class work, on-time and on-budget across the agency.

You will lead our team of project managers, and work in close partnership with our account, technology, creative and strategy teams.

What You Will Do

• Team Leadership - Provide hands-on leadership to our project management team, including active participation and collaboration on projects as needed, coaching and performance management.
• Project Leadership – For new clients or types of work, serve as the project lead making sure the process, tools and team are set up for success.
• Agency Resourcing – Work with department leads to make sure work is appropriately resourced and maintain a rolling forecast with identified needs and recommended solutions
• Quality – Ensure the process and tools in place and are being consistently applied to deliver high quality work, every time.
• Project Financials Leadership – Review project financials, identify trends and areas of opportunity for improved efficiency, recommend and implement best practices and ensure any gaps are addressed

Required Skills And Experience

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to lead teams
• Years experience in digital or technical project management, with 5
• 10
• Years in a professional services environment
• PMP is an asset, as is experience in agile methodology
