We are hiring a Director, Academic Delivery to support our Toronto Campus.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Stay up to date and current with relevant educational associations and governing bodies.
- Participate in program reviews.
- Oversee and manage academic content and curriculum design, development, and delivery, as well as quality assurance, quality maintenance, and quality improvement of in-person, hybrid, and online courses.
- Establish consistent professional development plans, goals, and activities for faculty.
- Provide academic leadership in program delivery to promote strong and dynamic teaching and learning experiences.
- Work on an annual academic budget per program, allocating expenses as required and targeted goals.
- Oversee academic records including student cumulative achievements, progress reports, schedule changes, and grade books.
- Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate faculty members.
Education and Qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Master’s degree in relevant field with a record of professional accomplishment in academia, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Team player with a client-centric mindset and positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiar with emerging educational technologies and the effective application of instructional technologies to enhance student learning.
- Experience with Schoology, or similar Learning Management platforms.
- Experience sustaining partnerships and collaborations with academic partners or agencies.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Minimum of 5 years of exposure in educational management with a proven track record of success.
