This senior role is responsible for the management and development of the wider social media team while driving the ability to create high-quality content for our diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate is a passionate and insightful leader who comes with a robust understanding of social media strategy and leadership.What you'll be doing Identify key opportunities within culture to drive client value and turn them into a strategic agenda for the clientContribute to leadership teams across AntiSocial’s key account programsTrack and guide during the creative process, working effectively with the Creative Director and Creative team to ensure that solutions are on-briefCreate and convert new creative opportunities with new and existing clientsBuild and Reinforce AntiSocial Solutions reputation as an agency built for effectiveness. Spearhead Monitoring & Evaluation internally and produce case studies that win Effectiveness Awards externallyContinue to build the Social Strategy department by hiring and nurturing the best talent in the industry, ensuring the right mix of skill sets on individual accountsMotivate and retain the team to reach their fullest potential with programs to train, upskill, and develop social strategy talentContribute towards thought leadership to share AntiSocial Solutions’ point of view on all things social, content, and brand behavior trendsWhat you'll bring Proven contributor towards standout social campaigns and creative work.Proven experience of coaching and mentoring a team and developing them to their full potential.Proven track record in building, inspiring, and leading world-class teams.Previous performance and interaction at the Brand Director / Marketing Director (ideally global) level or equivalentPrior success in business development and building, maintaining client relationships with blue-chip clients.Possesses a strong quality of taste, in both the work and in decision-making and client managementFoundational understanding of social media strategy across all major social platforms as well as emerging platformsEqual OpportunityHere at AntiSocial Solutions, we are committed to building an environment where our employees continuously feel included, valued and heard.
