Job Description

As the Director, Business Development & Strategy, you are responsible for generating ideas, initiatives and activities that help make the business better. This includes increasing revenues, growth in terms of business expansion, building strategic partnerships and contributing to strategic business decisions.


Responsibilities:

  • Researching leads
  • Finding new clients that are consistent with our business strategy
  • Establishing relationships with potential clients
  • Building a new business funnel that ensures constant new opportunities that progress from "cold" leads to warm

  • Sales & "hustle" - ability to never be discouraged by "no" an to always understand no doesn't mean no, it means "not now "in the business sales cycle

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in the printing industry
  • Proven track record of driving new business and sales growth

Salary: $40,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
