Director Business Development - Toronto Area (Remote)

The Director Business Development will be rewarded directly for developing the customer base and will mentor other associates. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely with flexible hours that accommodate your lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Mentor other associates to build our customer portfolio.
• Utilise various digital marketing channels, including social media, to drive customer engagement and conversions.
• Build a new customer base by promoting our personal development programs.
• Interview potential customers to understand their goals and connect them to our personal growth and leadership programs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, and a willingness to learn how these can be used for business growth and networking.
