Position Summary

The Associate Finance Director- Growth Finance leads a team that is responsible for Innovation / Renovation- Capex- Productivity- Mix and SKU profitability financial analysis. This individual is responsible for all financial analysis and process implementation in these areas as well as providing overall advisory service to the CFO and Category leaders surrounding new business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional contacts in Platform/Marketing teams- Operations- R&D- etc in the financial analysis and business proposals on all Capex requests
• Strategic assessment of our product mix management opportunities- and develop of initiatives with Sales and Marketing teams to deploy solutions
• Lead financial business proposals for Innovation- Renovation- Design-to-value (DTV) and Productivity (Gross Savings) projects- assessing risks and returns.
• Oversee data gathering and stewardship for Portfolio Management Review (PMR) and Stage-Gate financial inputs- ensuring project financials and forecasts are accurately reflected
• Develop insights and drive action through analysis of portfolio profitability and product/category costing and benchmarking- proposing potential solutions and alternatives

Qualifications

• Prior Corporate FP&A experience preferred
• Strong business acumen- interpersonal- leadership- communication and influencing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance- Engineering- Economics- Business or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance- preferably in CPG- investment baking or consulting
• Experience working cross functionally with all levels of the organization
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills- experience with Tableau / Power BI highly preferred
