YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS DIRECTOR - FINANCE CONTINUOUS TRANSFORMATION:

* Provide strategic leadership for continuous transformation efforts through consulting and coaching, application of Lean principles, cost-savings analysis, and ongoing monitoring of processes and progress.

* Collaborate with leadership to identify barriers, develop transformation goals, and execute process improvements by evaluating existing functional objectives, long-term goals, processes and outputs, and team project portfolios.

* Provide ad-hoc subject matter expertise to drive process improvement and support financial problem solving and innovation.

* Lead the development of project prioritization; address high-needs areas in a timely manner without neglecting overall focus.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A DIRECTOR - FINANCE CONTINUOUS TRANSFORMATION:

* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field; MBA preferred

* 5+ years’ experience applying Lean principles, ideally in an automotive or manufacturing environment; Lean Six Sigma certification preferred

* Demonstrated experience in project management

* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; able to effectively interact with and influence both junior employees and senior leaders

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; can interpret data and make recommendations based on findings

* Proficient in delivering large workshops and group training
