It Transformation Director -Cloud & Data Platform Leader

Job description: Overview:
Reporting to the Western Canada Head, the primary responsibility of the Cloud Solutions Leader is to develop and harness innovative and scalable solutions on cloud platforms and be the liaison for client serving stakeholders and practice support service groups.
The Cloud Solutions Leader will develop solution concepts, architecture, and drive POCs with an eye on big picture with impact to client business environment. They will primarily drive new sales opportunities to closure, including pre-sales, deal shaping, business case development, and building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support cloud Solutions & Pre-Sales: Respond to RFx, and opportunities and facilitate the sales process, resulting in successful leads & winning proposals for our services growth
• Ability to collaborate with other capability & support teams, be a role model and a team player
• Strong commercial and business acumen to respond to RFx
• Drive solution selling from a business value add perspective Required Skills:
• End to end delivery experience in service lines, technology capability, and practices \
• Strong communication skills, executive presence, and start-up mindset
• Possess strong drive to take on new challenges and flexible to work and travel
• Promote cloud-based business transformation solutions to ongoing legacy programs.
• Hands-on with tools & methods in capability, business transformation delivery, sizing & estimations
• Leverage partner networks with Microsoft, AWS, Google, and others to drive relevant solutions, innovation and collaboration.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and industrialization
• Transform current workforce to adapt to cloud native technologies.
• Act as a key point of contact for harnessing cloud-based sales & broader platform solutions, repeatable frameworks, and accelerators to meet and exceed our organization’s business goals.
• The individual must bring deep passion for learning and leveraging cloud and digital technologies for innovation and for creation of new revenue models.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, and other public cloud providers to position and sell solutions developed on those platforms
• Mentor client serving technology consultants in the cloud space and leverage the talent to enable the art of possible through innovation and POCs.
• Scale up solutioning to beyond cloud where and when possible
