Support talent management programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train personnel.

Work with engineering / project management to deliver the product on time and on budget.

Support the product life cycle with product management including obsolescence.

Manage relationship with 3rd party AV partners, and negotiate technical agreements to best deliver for customers. Ensure clear responsibilities in delivery.

Organized and detail oriented individual with a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects.

To effectively manage dentsu network agency partnerships and to be a senior escalation point for programmatic, performance and ad-ops divisions

Conduit between dentsu national capabilities, increasing connection with Merkle and product team

Maintain up to date product knowledge across major digital publishers

Ability to simplify the complex , excellent client service skills – the ability to gain trust and confidence

Confidence to present work with conviction & strong commerciality + influencing skills
