- There is a travel requirement for this role so all candidates must have the ability and willingness to travel to the USA up to 3x in the year.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the delegate-focused marketing for multiple events in our portfolio, including the following responsibilities:
- Paid Ads Management: Help launch LinkedIn Ad campaigns for our various summits
- Build relationships with external media and association partners within your industry portfolio
- Manage and maintain the master list of contacts/database for each of the industries within your event portfolio
- Email Campaign Management: Generate email content to promote the upcoming summits within your industry portfolio
- Provide support for other marketing initiatives and activities as necessary
- Manage email responses and coordinate the distribution of leads to Sales associates
- Social Media Management & Content Creation: Create social media promotions for our various events, and help manage our social media channels for multiple industries
- Trace, analyze and report on the activities and outcomes of all digital campaigns
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A great eye for design or previous graphic design skills/exposure an asset
- Extracurricular leadership and/or entrepreneurial experience
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Hubspot a plus**
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple ongoing projects
- Strong research and comprehension skills
- The ability to work well autonomously and with a team
- A desire to grow within the company
- University Degree preferred
- A positive and ambitious attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A desire to learn about new industries and businesses
- Familiarity with social media channels and content distribution strategies
- Technical writing skills and the ability to generate strong social and email content for B2B audiences

Working hours: Normal business hours are 8.30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and 8.30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, with a lunch break for one hour between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Office Location: The Generis office is located in Downtown Toronto (Richmond & Bathurst).
