Digital Solutions Lead (Life Sciences)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Solutions Leader, with a background in life sciences to join our Enterprise team. As a Digital Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing, managing and leading the marketing technology and data ecosystem for our life science clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, design, strategy, analytics and development, to deliver on brand needs
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive enterprise data and technology strategies
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations and insights to drive omnichannel marketing success
• Serve as the client’s primary point of contact across an engagement
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and align campaign strategies with their business goals
• Manage budgets and work with internal and client teams to plan and deliver enhancements and ongoing campaign deployments across brands
• Generate regular reports and communicate performance to clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
• Experience working with healthcare data sets for commercial purposes
• Solid understanding of marketing technology (martech) tools and platforms, including CRM systems (Salesforce, Adobe, Veeva), marketing automation, and content management systems (such as Contentful)
• Ability to navigate and communicate how platforms are used to execute campaigns, manage customer data, and generate insights
• Understanding of industry-specific regulations, compliance, and privacy considerations (e.g., FDA regulations, HIPAA)Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and handle tight deadlines and changing priorities
• Experience running a book of business for a client
• Familiarity with the life science industry, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, or healthcare services
• Certification in relevant marketing technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe) is a plus
