As the Digital Merchandising Coordinator your role involves optimizing the visual and functional aspects of product listings to enhance the user experience and drive sales. You'll curate product listings, create compelling product descriptions, and ensure accurate categorization and tagging. Your goal is to maximize conversion rates, increase average order value, and maintain a cohesive brand image. Staying updated on industry trends and user behavior will enable you to continually refine and improve the online shopping journey.

Job Details

·Craft compelling product listings with informative descriptions, titles, and keywords to improve search engine rankings and increase click-through rates. Enhance images and multimedia content to showcase products effectively.

·Stay abreast of e-commerce trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies. Apply this knowledge to innovate and optimize online listing strategies.

·Evaluate user experience, navigation, visual appeal, and multimedia integration of website and identify opportunities for differentiation.

·Perform competitor analysis and bring forward recommendations that will improve overall user experience on the website.

·Leverage website analytics, research, and other data sources to understand performance and customer interaction, identifying opportunities for improvement.

·Collaborate closely with merchandising and warehouse teams on receiving, quality check of product prior to listing.

·Troubleshoot order issues in collaboration with warehouse, IT and merchandising teams.

Qualifications and Skills

·Post-Secondary education or equivalent working experience

·Strong written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.

·Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple listings concurrently.

·Creative thinker with an eye for design and the ability to enhance product visuals.

·Collaborative team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams.

·Tech savvy with an ability to quickly learn new systems.

·Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·Self starter and works well independently and within a team environment.

Work Environment

· On-site in our office/warehouse, and remote work time based on daily business needs
