Client Solutions Manager Jobs

*This is a 12 months contract position*

*It is also a hybrid role, Must be based in Toronto, CA and must be willing to go to the Meta office 3 times a week*

The main function of a Client Solutions Manager is to partner with clients on their marketing strategies, including developing recommendations aligned with the clients’ overarching business priorities, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities to improve performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of solutions.
• Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance.
• Collaborate with diverse group of internal and external cross-functional teams.
• Develop solutions grounded in achieving measurable business results for clients to ultimately grow the existing partnership.
• Guide media and creative strategy, planning and implementation of campaigns to deliver against key performance indicators.
• Educate the client stakeholders, including their media and creative agency, about our marketing solutions, including self-educating about changes to Meta’s solutions.
• Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery.

Skills:

• Strong client service skills, delivering consultative recommendations and being a reliable and responsive communicator.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and measurement strategies, including Facebook and Instagram's marketing solutions.
• Strong communication and project management skills, driving collaboration and sharing across a dispersed set of stakeholders.
• Team player and detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize real-time, and effectively operate in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment.
