Job Description

Looking for our next results oriented, top performer for our Retail and Commercial Sales of Products as an Account Manager. In this dynamic outside sales role, you will be responsible for the overall sales of our full range of distributed cleaning and waste water and water treatment solutions. We are looking for someone dynamic, with a positive attitude, outgoing personality, hardworking and excellent communication skills. Come join our growing team!


Responsibilities

  • Able to lift 50 pounds
  • Assist customers in choosing the best product for their needs.
  • Mechanically Inclined to help customers
  • Proactively develop new customer contacts, review leads, and actively review current accounts.
  • Develop long term relationships and build trust with new and current customers.
  • Create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process with all customers
  • Expand Sales revenue by finding new doors and growing current accounts.
  • Increase sales revenue in an assigned territory
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Relationship building with current and new customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Building new relationships with potential clients
  • Be a managing partner with current and new accounts


Qualifications

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong organization and planning skill
  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Clean driver’s abstract
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Proven communication skills – Verbal and written
  • 1-3+ years in an business to business sales or similar rolle
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Willingness to learn and able to work independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
