Job Overview

The Manager, Treasury Operations & Payment Solutions is responsible for Treasury operational activities and support across RBI’s brands and regions, as well as overseeing the end-to-end gift card life cycle. Critical responsibilities of the role include daily financial reporting, execution of major financial transactions, ensuring compliance with all statutory and SOX requirements, and overseeing payment processes. In addition, the position works with other functions across the organization including: Finance, Accounting, and Treasury.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to navigate large data sets in Excel, and present executive summary level detail
• Leadership experience (both local, and remote/offshore) required
• Process improvement experience is a plus (LSS&A)
• Accounting background, CPA designation is beneficial
• 3-5 years of professional experience
• University degree is preferred
• Strong communication and analytical background
• SAP familiarity (ECC, Treasury Module)
