Prior experience running Software Upgrade programs, addressing technical debt or other application maintenance programs at scale.

Prior experience of on-prem, private cloud and public cloud (GCP, Azure, AWS) an asset.

Assist the Senior Manager, Systemwide Payment Solution with the implementation of new payment solution modules to support systemwide efficiencies.

Assist the Senior Manager, Systemwide Payment Solution with monitoring systemwide activities adhering to PCI-DSS and Nacha compliance.

At least 10 years management experience in handling several teams

Ability to manage team onsite and remotely

Strong understanding of business analytics, business intelligence and financial performance management

Minimum 10 years experience in Professional Services

At least 10 years consulting experience in systems implementation and integration, process re-engineering or related

At least 10 years experience in ERP preferably NetSuite

Experienced in vendor management, including contract negotiations, and outsourcing.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with peers/management within the business lines as well as other technology and architecture teams.

Manage technical teams and professionals in the areas of technical directions and standard practices.

8+ years of experience with Treasury, Finance, Banking, Audit or Risk Management

People management including recruiting, developing, mentoring, motivating, and managing a team of high quality and skilled project professionals

Advanced knowledge of standard project management methodologies and frameworks

Strong change management planning and communications experience

Strong planning, influencing and conflict management skills

Highly effective communication and presentation skills including presenting in large group setting, steering committee and senior management presentations and updates
