Job Overview

The Manager, Treasury Operations is responsible for Treasury operational activities and support across RBI’s brands and regions, as well as overseeing the end-to-end gift card life cycle. Critical responsibilities of the role include daily financial reporting, execution of major financial transactions, ensuring compliance with all statutory and SOX requirements, and overseeing payment processes. In addition, the position works with other functions across the organization including: Finance, Accounting, and Treasury.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and analytical background
• Demonstrated ability to navigate large data sets in Excel, and present executive summary level detail
• 3-5 years of professional experience
• Accounting background, CPA designation is beneficial
• SAP familiarity (ECC, Treasury Module)
• University degree is preferred
• Process improvement experience is a plus (LSS&A)
• Leadership experience (both local, and remote/offshore) required
