What will your typical day look like?
As an Application Development Manager, Treasury Management, your duties will involve but not limited to:

• Advancing the goals and objectives of ITS by providing cost-efficient, high quality, client-focused solutions, according to established policies, procedures, and processes of the department and Firm
• Understanding user requirements and create functional specifications with the required details.
• Ensuring business needs are clearly understood and SAP implementation meets the needs and expectations of the Finance business groups such as the Financial Services Group.\
• Analyzing business and functional requirements which have an impact on business applications. Coordinate with architecture and development teams to ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architecture/design.
• Working with team members, and Product Owners to analyze, recommend, plan, design, develop, and implement solutions to meet strategic, usability, performance, reliability, control, and security requirements
• Leading and coordinate the efforts of Subject Matter Experts, Development, Quality Assurance, Usability, Training, Transport Management, and other internal resources for the successful implementation of system enhancements and fixes
• Supporting Financial Management reporting requirements of Deloitte as required
• Leading projects to develop complex custom applications
• Performing SAP complex Treasury configuration as required within Global implications
• Supporting the Deloitte Core Financials Applications
• Coordinating with BSAs and Quality Engineering teams to ensure proper testing is performed.
• Developing and review project deliverables for completeness of thought and consistency of approach. Ensure standards, procedures, and methodologies in the delivery life cycle are followed.
• Performing Integration and Acceptance Testing.

As an application development manager, Treasury management, you bring:

• ERP functional or technical interface experience (IDoc, RFC, BAPI, etc.).
• Proven ability to define user requirements and corresponding system specifications, accurate time estimates and creation of clear and concise documentation.
• Bank to Bank transfers experience, Free form and other Treasury related payments; with the Electronic Bank statement both BAI and MT940 format; with EDI, IDOC, DME, BILLER DIRECT and LOCKBOX processes;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet constantly changing timelines.
• Should have Configuration and implementation experience with Cash Management powered by S/4 HANA; with the components of the Money market, Debt, OTC and FX instrument of Treasury accounting;
• Knowledge of access control of user accounts.
• Understand and debug ABAP code
• Experience gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups.
• Hands on experience with SAP business process and implementation with Enterprise ERP solutions
• Some experience with Treasury Fiori Reporting;
• Configuration and implementation experience with the components of the Transaction Manager including Hedge Management and Accounting;
• Minimum of two (2) or more full life cycle implementation experience from blueprint to go live.
• Functional experience in Agile, Scrum software development methodologies.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in SAP Financials, 6 of which must be in the Treasury area.
• Experience with data conversion..
