Program Manager, Talent Development (Remote)

We are looking for a Program Manager, Talent Development to join our Talent Development Team on a 12-18 month Parental Leave contract. Reporting to the Director of Talent Development, you will launch and iterate best-in-class learning programs. You will need to leverage data to inform design decisions, build and standardize processes that scale, and create learning programs that encourage BenchSci's philosophy of continuous learning. You will build strong relationships and work with internal and external partners, stakeholders, and vendors to the successful completion of projects that meet program goals.
BenchSci is a remote first organization, we are welcoming applicants from Canada, and the US for this position.
You Will:

• Be accountable for the vision, strategy, and delivery of learning programs and talent initiatives. Depending on the size of the program this might refer to one large program/platform or multiple programs
• Work with cross-functional knowledge and partnerships to identify issues, trends, and perspectives that may influence our long-term technical training strategies
• Oversee the content mapping and learning content of the program taking a user-centric approach
• Partner with content creators, editors, stakeholders, subject matter experts, video production, designers, and developers to build extraordinary learning experiences
• Monitor, analyze, and report on program key results to support program objectives and ensure initiatives are driving the intended outcomes
• Lead and manage improvements to workflow and employee learning experiences such as new hire and departmental Onboarding, through iterative learning, feedback, and analytics/measurement

You Have:

• Strong skills in education, education management, learning management, online learning, and instructional design
• Demonstrated success in program and project management
• Experience building onboarding and training programs from ideation to execution with a remote-first mentality
• 3+ years of experience working with learning management systems (such as Northpass), content management systems, and with tools such as Rise 360/Articulate
• The ability to manage partnerships with content creators, subject matter experts, designers, developers and vendors
