As we move through a post pandemic world, there is an urgent need to implement technologies such as air quality control, occupancy sensing, smart lighting and access controls with the ability to capture all the IoT sensor data for further analysis. About The Job


Our people are critical to our success. Reporting to our CFO and as the sole in-house talent manager, you will partner with business leaders to build a world-class team. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting in a fast-growing startup. For the right candidate, this is a great opportunity to make an impact & help build the people foundation for scale.


What You Will Be Doing


  • Analyze recruiting metrics to provide recommendations and continually improve our hiring processes
  • Full-cycle recruiting for business and tech positions
  • Manage external partnerships with colleges/universities, associations, and job boards, etc.
  • Develop a pipeline of top talent through various sourcing and recruiting strategies
  • Research, recommend and represent the company at in-person and virtual recruitment events to drive awareness of the company's career opportunities
  • Monitor the broader startup recruiting landscape to identify trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Attend recruiting events that speak to the roles Andorix is hiring for
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming needs and priorities
  • Develop and implement online and offline employer branding initiatives
  • Create an exceptional candidate experience that showcases Andorix's cultural values by training and consulting with interview teams


About You


You are a recruiter at heart, and it shows! You think strategically and bring the tenacity, creativity and resourcefulness to create solutions to build a talent pipeline.


  • Proven ability to source and maintain relationships with world-class talent
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Experience with senior leadership search is an asset
  • Outstanding EQ, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to work in a fast-growing and dynamic environment
  • An orientation to partnership; you're not afraid to consult hiring managers and share your perspective
  • Excellent judgment and proven ability to assess talent
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a tech startup
