Collaborating with hiring managers in candidate selection to ensure clear and unbiased decision making during the interview process

You have 8+ years of talent acquisition experience in a complex, global environment

You have 2+ years pf people leader experience in a Talent Acquisition capacity

You have an excellent command of the English language, with strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Project management training or equivalent project management experience

Continuously manage the design, development and delivery of talent acquisition programs and providing recommendations regularly

Works with the Talent Acquisition Managers to develop an effective strategy to attract and recruit for “hard-to-fill” roles.

Develop, implement and respond to Voice of the Customer engagement loops to continuously identify and lead ongoing process enhancement requirements.

Provide expert guidance and training to TSA hiring managers to ensure the effective onboarding of new hires.

Manage employment offer process in partnership with hiring managers.

Intentionally engage with hiring managers and candidates/new hires to identify ongoing opportunities to refine and enhance service offerings.

Develop effective strategies to attract and recruit “hard to fill” roles with support from the Territorial Manager Program Delivery.

Manages key strategic partnerships with online job sites such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Charity Village, etc.

Collaborate with the People and culture and Office manager to streamline onboarding processes and ensure a positive candidate experience

Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements across different time zones

Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data

Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Operations team and write reports to ensure a smooth process

3-5 years proven track record of recruitment experience

Continuously develop skills and knowledge through self-directed learning, mentorship, and company-provided training opportunities.

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong, problem solving, and critical-thinking skills and experience working in metrics based environment

2+ years of data analysis experience.

2+ years of experience with SQL.

Manage Greenhouse (our ATS) and reporting to ensure the Talent team is in compliance with best practices

Coach and mentor the Talent team throughout end-to-end recruitment functions (ie. sourcing, screening, building pipelines, interviewing, forming and negotiating offers, etc.)

Experience recruiting for both high volume Sales and specialized Technical roles (and everything in between)

You have experience expert experience using Greenhouse and other sourcing tools

You have experience working with and presenting to Senior Leadership/C-Suite team members

Hands on experience with high volume recruitment of hourly, front-line positions

3+ years of experience as a talent acquisition manager, leading a recruiting team

Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to identify current and future staffing needs.

Conduct regular meetings to understand departmental requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.

Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless on boarding process for new hires.

5+ years of recruiting experience

Exemplary discernment and adept problem-solving abilities.

7 to 10 years applicable experience in talent acquisition, including program development & management.

Undergraduate degree or diploma in business or HR management. HR/Talent Management certification would be considered an asset.

The core responsibilities of the Manager, Talent Acquisition include the following:

Managing strategic partnerships with educational and other like institutions (i.e. campus recruitment strategy)

Strong organizational and project management methodology skills with attention to detail; including the ability to multi-task on multiple projects simultaneously.

Maintain database on candidate performance ratings for rehire eligibility in partnership with University requirements for student feedback and assessments.

Create a coop community during and after placement to ensure an overall great experience and ongoing pipeline of early talent.

Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to one direct report to support the campus recruitment efforts, program calendar and experience.

Progressive experience leading multiple talent programs concurrently, with proven success leading targeting initiatives and campaigns from idea to implementation.

Well established connections and partnerships with key universities and colleges, including faculty, career services departments, and Account Managers.

Assess candidate’s technical qualifications, skills, and aptitudes against role requirements

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, networks, hiring managers, educational institutions, and other third parties

Minimum of three (3) years of IT recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment

Successful track record negotiating offers and selling company values and rewards to candidates

Utilize best-in-class talent acquisition methodologies, with a focus on IT recruitment

Proactively guide and coach hiring leaders through the hiring process and interview techniques

Management experience with the demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff as a high performance, data-driven team is preferred.

Works closely with management and employees to ensure departmental and organizational recruitment needs are met.

Strong previous experience and knowledge of all human resources functions as identified herein.
