Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and growth-driven User Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a User Acquisition Manager you will play a critical role in driving players to our games profitable and monetizing players once they are engaging with the game. You will work closely with analysts, artists, product managers, ad network reps, and more to make investment decisions for our company.

The Role: Drive Profitable Growth.

• Drive planning and execution, including schedules and resource allocation. Propose monthly budgets.
• Collaborate with other teams for effective promotion/launch of games.
• Collaborate with engineers and analysts to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Collaborate with creative team to ensure top performance.
• Communicate progress, updates, challenges to internal/external stakeholders. Provide regular weekly reports on performance.
• Continuously develop skills and knowledge through self-directed learning, mentorship, and company-provided training opportunities.

Requirements:

• 2+ Experience working with Google Sheets.
• 2+ years of data analysis experience.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt.
• Strong, problem solving, and critical-thinking skills and experience working in metrics based environment
• A passion for video games and a strong desire to build a career in the gaming industry.
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills.

• (Nice to Have) Experience in media buying for mobile games or apps
• (Nice to Have) Experience in designing and launching successful mobile games.
