Organize the licence procurement Process for the compagny Separation program. • Manage the M&A license procurement team. • Support the IGS procurement Team (The resource will report to Procurement and M&A requestor) • Establish the renewal schedule and timeline. • Build all license procurement and/or renewal case and documentation (ready for IGS and for Legal) • Ensure that the M&A Procurement Team take proper actions towards vendor, that the information flow is in place, that updates are given. • Participate in the Integration project – liaise. • Liaise and intercept with all BIS to validate the impact on M&A for t all license renewal or new requests. • Help IGS and Legal in the negotiation and documentation of contracts. • Build weekly updates. • Developing and implementing management strategies of major IT supplier accounts pertaining to the merge activities in order to optimize IT initiatives and maximize their value. • Developing, managing, and optimizing strategic reviews with the impacted IT suppliers. • Working closely with the business segments to understand their needs and support the negotiation of appropriate contracts. • Maintain project documentation and build SharePoint sites according to standards. • Adhere to Procurement methodology Have at least five to seven years of pertinent IT Procurement experience. - Are an expert in executing IT contracts. - Project Management and/or Senior Management Skills - Bilingual - Possess excellent analytical and reporting skills. - Have strong interpersonal skills in communication at all levels and in developing good client and business relations. - Have organizational skills, ease of integration. - Demonstrate leadership and flexibility with strong team spirit. - Capacity to define and organize working / operational process. - You are detailed oriented, focused and committed to meeting deadlines
