We are currently seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Intern.


As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Azur Global Consulting, you will have a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of talent acquisition and contribute to the growth of our organization. Collaborating closely with our Talent Acquisition team, you will support various recruitment activities while learning essential strategies for attracting and selecting exceptional candidates. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and distribution of captivating job postings across multiple platforms
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
  • Review and screen resumes to identify potential candidates for open positions
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences
  • Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with qualified candidates
  • Coordinate interview logistics and provide candidates with necessary information
  • Contribute to the seamless onboarding process for new hires
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Support reference checks and background verifications


Requirements:

  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities


Duration:

This internship will last for 3 to 6 months. Depending on performance and business needs, there may be an opportunity for extension or conversion to a full-time position.
