Job Description
A career in Sales and Marketing will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace. Our Brand Management team leads external brand strategy development and implementation across multiple business units, media, social and digital channels. As part of the team, you’ll be involved with driving marketing programmes, branding events, corporate leadership seminars, public relations and business marketing forums.

As a Marketing Manager, Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Leading and developing omnichannel marketing and communications strategies that will attract top talent and position PwC as an employer of choice
  • Working cross-functionally with internal partners to implement go-to-market strategies, driving conversion with key recruitment segments
  • Managing marketing budgets and making educated decisions on reasonable spends and expectations with vendors and stakeholders
  • Planning content strategy and developing editorial calendar that supports our employee value proposition
  • Managing vendor relationships
  • Writing and reviewing content for a variety of external communications: email, blogs, website and digital advertising
  • Understanding and making the connection between marketing efforts (advertising, events, sponsorship, digital/content etc.) and the tracking of ROI across media
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and proactively making recommendations to support firm objectives
