When you partner with brands like Red Bull, UGG, Spotify, RBCxMusic, and Foot Locker (to namedrop a few), finding a new way to play is essential to success. To stand out. To connect. To matter. And new ways to play require new players. Our core team has to reflect an ambition to engage. That is why we're looking to bring new perspectives into the fold to keep us (and our brands) moving forward.
We've built a unique mix of expertise here that broadens audience participation. In our world, audience buy-in is achieved and found in and outside a traditional mix of disciplines. From media-led campaigns to brand partnerships to brand experiences. The path we create and how we deliver it has a purpose. It tells a story. It lives up to the integrity of our brands. And above all else, we collaborate with the various levels of expertise inside our walls and within our
community to bring it to life. We're looking to bring new Strategy talent into our mix.
Please note this is a short-term position.
Key responsibilities across multiple brands in our roster:
- Selling — strong presenter and communicator
- Discovery, direction and/or rationale — pushing for and building strong briefs
- Guardrails — able to keep others on brief
- Big picture perspective — connecting to and being ahead of our client’s business
- A productive voice — collaborates and adds value to the entire agency
- Research & insights — including tapping real people in our community
- Packaging — can organize ideas and is a very strong writer (creative writing welcomed)
Additional responsibilities:
- Varied and strong digital knowhow
- Must have the ability to translate high-level concepts into multi-channel touchpoints
- Must be able to covert thinking to delivery — this is hands-on role
- Autonomy of projects, with some oversight
- Experience working on lifestyle brands - those that play in the passion points of their audience
Requirements
- Experience in a strategy role for a minimum of 5+ years
- Experience in brand, campaign and brand experience strategy
Experience ‘nice haves’:
- A passion for sports
- Experience in a creative copywriting role
