Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the TA Coordinator will support the recruitment process. They will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, on boarding and field operations management teams.
This position is based in Toronto
What You Will Be Working On

• Establish strong internal relationships with the business and field personnel
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in developing content for job postings, posting jobs in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and sourcing and screening resumes.
• Maintain complete and accurate staffing documentation as required by law.
• Manage employment inquiries (Resumes, applications, telephone calls, walk-ins).
• Other duties as directed by the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition.
• Manage LinkedIn recruiter profile by maintaining and updating all job postings.
• Conduct first-level phone screens confirming credentials and work experience based on site specific safety conditions and requirements
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in tracking HR metrics to monitor recruitment trends and determine potential improvements.
• Create and maintain job description library.
• Prepare and submit all change of status reports related to rate changes, releases, rehire, and seniority dates for hourly personnel.
• Complete thorough reference checks.

What We Are Looking For

• Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; meet the time demands of unpredictable activities; capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic, fast paced environment
• 1 years experiences in an administrative/recruitment position
• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Evidence of sound judgement in supporting the overall success of the team and efficiently and effectively completing tasks, assignments and projects while adding value in the process
• Self-motivated, action oriented and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a positive attitude
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals
• Proven planning and organizational skills, high attention to detail and exceptional ability to follow through
• Exceptional communication and phone skills with an ability to build rapport while conducting a high volume of calls daily
• Supportive of a culture that encompasses the highest ethical standards aligned with the Company Promise
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills, French is an asset
