Application Development Consultant Jobs

TecknoSheen Consulting is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Application Consultant. This is a6-month contract-to-hire rolewith one of our clients' in downtown Toronto. The position requires at least6+ years of solid technological experience as well as professional proficiency in the fields specified below.

1. Database Experience

• Oracle database design and development
• Database optimization
• Write PL/SQL statements, SQL queries, stored procedures

2. Application development skills

• VB / Java Script
• Visual Basic 6.0
• Java

3. Business Intelligence

• Ad hoc reporting
• Informatica
• Have previous experience creating reports usingCognos
• Nice to have Power BI experience

4. Production support

• Ability to support legacy portfolio management application
• After hour support may be required
