In partnership with the Global Agile Team and People Operations, define and refine talent management strategies and experiences.

You have 7+ years of experience in talent management, talent development, HR, or equivalent field.

You have proven change management and change management consulting experience.

Your talent management perspective is rooted in diversity, equity, and inclusion and prioritizes the employee experience.

You have project and program management skills and drive deadlines on multiple concurrent tasks/projects.

Iterate on and operationalize talent management strategy using Design Thinking and Agile toolkits and pulling from and moving beyond best practices.

10 years of experience in similar role

Sales or Marketing Leadership Experience in North American Electrical Utility marketplace

Experience in international sales and marketing of technical products, Senior marketing experience in an international setting

Superior dialogue and communication skills – written and verbal.

Able to communicate fluently in the English language (German, Spanish or Mandarin language skills are an asset)

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Applied Sciences - preferred

Relevant professional certifications such as Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and/or Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) are beneficial.

Prepares, reviews, and presents briefs and presentations to the Management Committee.

Assists in the technical development and economic justification of capital programs, as well as exploring alternative options for proposed capital projects.

Collaborates with other departments to identify growth opportunities and leverage synergies between assets.

Conducts studies to identify margin improvement opportunities in current refining and chemicals assets, considering the competitive landscape and market fundamentals.

Supports sustainability projects aligned with environmental standards and decarbonization targets.

Assist the Chairperson and Coordinator of undergraduate and graduate programs and/or designate with creation of annual timetable of course offerings.

A minimum of one (1) year of related experience

Working knowledge of several software packages including Microsoft Suite

Strong organizational skills and the ability to function independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and listening skills.

Configuration and implementation experience with the components of the Transaction Manager including Hedge Management and Accounting;

Experience gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups.

Minimum eight (8) years of experience in SAP Financials, 6 of which must be in the Treasury area.

Minimum of two (2) or more full life cycle implementation experience from blueprint to go live.

Industry or academic experience in drug development

Detailed knowledge of GCP and other regulations governing clinical research.

Strong experience with regulatory submission and related activities
