Analyst, Finance & Corporate Treasury

Our revolutionary Invoice Funding product allows entrepreneurs to fund their expenses including marketing and inventory without giving up cash flow so they can plan for the future.

In 2023, we are making big shifts in our business to build a sustainably profitable company that is cash flow break-even in order to help Founders win for the long term. The Analyst, Corporate Treasury will be responsible to maintain, improve, and optimize our banking structures and relationships with financial institutions to reduce costs and protect assets.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Maintain and continuously cash flow forecasts
• Perform cash management functions including deposit and withdrawal activity, intercompany cash movement, and account funding
• Assist with reporting and analysis of the firm's funding, liquidity, and capital profile
• Ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and invest short term excess cash
• Prepare presentation materials for various governance committees
• Stay up-to-date on financial regulation changes and evaluate the impact on the business
• Support the team with ad-hoc everyday tasks, projects, and presentations
• Manage and maintain relationships with banking providers
• Support the implementation and compliance of internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams in performing stress testing, scenario planning and analysis, and peer benchmarking
• Support the VP, Finance & Corporate Treasury with negotiating bank and service fees
• Optimize existing processes to enhance liquidity risk management

You will thrive if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, and/or related field
• An ownership mentality - the willingness to do whatever necessary to meet team goals
• Knowledge of US and international corporate banking services, payment instruments, and payment/clearing systems
• A strong proficiency in Excel and Financial modeling
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A strong financial acumen
• Problem-solver abilities - you are able to think outside the box and think of creative solutions to problems
• Stellar time management and organizational skills - you have the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
• Meticulous attention to detail
• 2+ years of experience in a role related to Treasury, Finance, Capital Markets, and/or related
