Full cycle accounting experience, ideally for multiple entities

Experience working with cryptocurrency transactions

Extensive knowledge with 5 to 10 years of progressive finance experience

Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with members of the finance team and the business

Lead the implementation of systems and solutions with a finance impact

Build and foster relationships with the business, IT and other Finance areas to evaluate and support initiatives

Cultivate a continuous improvement mindset within the finance team

In-depth knowledge and practical application of IFRS

Must have experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, and/or capital expenditure, balance sheet and cash flow forecasting and analysis.

Experience with refinance loans on national and global market

3 to 5 years of experience working in a treasury planning and analysis capacity.At least 2 of those years in Canada.

Knowledge of foreign contract, foreign currencies

Experience analyzing external factors such as changing interest rates.

Experience working with LIBOR and CDOR loans.

Strong management skills, including coaching, feedback, and proactively managing performance

Develop and manage treasury-related corporate policies, procedures, and requirements. Manage intercompany financing structure including shareholder funding.

Demonstrated experience and knowledge dealing with multi-national banks to negotiate and execute corporate financing arrangements

Manage the company's cash position, including forecasting and cash flow analysis

Manage relationships with banks, investment firms, rating agencies and other financial institutions

Manage debt and capital markets activities, including issuance of debt and securities while negotiating favorable financing terms

2-5 years of banking or treasury management experience.

· Train internal finance teams on treasury management services being implemented.

Support project planning and implementation of treasury management system.

Assist in set-up and creation of treasury dashboard, reports, visuals withing treasury management system.

Manage bank administration including changes to accounts/signing officers/electronic banking.

Working knowledge of Treasura, Reval, Fxall, Kyriba and Bloomberg would be an asset.

Solid computer skills utilizing accounting software and spreadsheets.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to converse with all levels of the organization.

2 to 5 years of comprehensive experience in cash management and treasury operations business processes or finance-related processes

Participate in preparing and analyzing monthly cash flow forecast report for senior management discussions.

University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Engineering.

Strong Excel and Financial modeling skills and general competence with Microsoft Office programs.

Comfortable learning and developing technical knowledge in Treasury and ERP

Prepare the consolidated month and quarterly financial reporting package for the Corix executive management team and Audit Committee.

Design, build and maintain reporting, budgeting, and modelling templates within the Corporate Performance Management system.

Prepare and update monthly presentations, industry survey responses and various key company statistical data for management.

Act as a subject matter expert on Adaptive Insights, and oversee any upgrades, training, system performance management and systems enhancements.

Create both financial and nonfinancial reporting packages as well as presentations for senior management and Audit Committee/Board of Directors.

Strong Adaptive Planning system experience, and a demonstrated technology and analytical abilities.

· Manage monthly financial reporting including supervising team members and implementing best practices in the reporting process.

· Minimum 5 years of progressive experience, with some experience leading a team.

3+ years of relevant Corporate Treasury or Banking Operations experience.

The Treasury Analyst will have a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of work experience in Corporate Treasury or Banking Operations.

Analyze liquidity with a keen eye to optimize the corporate cash position.

This function supports the management of the Bank’s interest rate risk.

This function supports the management of the Bank’s investment portfolio and margin positions.

Manage collateral process for Equitable Bank. Interact with Concentra for collateral management.

Maintain data management processes (i.e. assumption updates).

Project management experience in sustainability

Lead the project management, production and distribution of key reports including Fidelity’s annual Corporate Sustainability, TCFD and Sustainable Investing Reports.

Provide insight and advice to senior management on presence at key sustainability conferences.
