The Treasury Analyst will support daily global cash management across the organization. The successful candidate will be proactive and an analytical thinker with sound planning and execution skills. In addition, the successful candidate will be passionate about process improvement, efficiency, and controls. The ideal candidate should be intellectually curious, highly energetic, and looking to expand their career in Treasury. In addition, they should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills. This role combines both tactical & strategic initiatives; it is a growth opportunity for individuals looking to develop their responsibilities and expand their foundational treasury skills. The position will be based in our Vancouver, BC, Everett, WA, or Dallas (Plano), TX locations.

Specific Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of various monthly and quarterly treasury reports. Assist with the execution of departmental projects and implementations.
• Prepare the daily cash report and manage to report across our global sites.
• Assist with bank account administration, banking platforms, and credit card programs (i.e., opening & closing bank accounts, payment inquiries, and all change requests).
• Complete vendor audits and assist with the review of credit applications.
• Assist with year-end financial audit requirements.
• Assist with the preparation of our daily & short-term cash flow forecasts and conduct relevant variance analysis.
• Assist in the review, release, and reconciliation of daily payments.
• Analyze liquidity with a keen eye to optimize the corporate cash position.

Skills And Competencies

• CTP Designation is considered an asset.
• A creative yet pragmatic problem solver who is hands-on and detail-oriented.
• A team player who is collaborative and receptive to ideas from others and works effectively across business functions to identify and resolve critical issues.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Understanding of financial budgeting and forecasting concepts.
• Strong mindset toward continuous improvement.
• 3+ years of relevant Corporate Treasury or Banking Operations experience.
• Excellent technology skills in MS Office (Oracle experience considered an asset).

Education

• A Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation will be considered an asset.
• The Treasury Analyst will have a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of work experience in Corporate Treasury or Banking Operations.
