Junior Treasury Analyst Jobs

Reporting to Senior Manager, Treasury, the Junior Treasury Analyst will be supporting the Bosa Properties’ treasury and cash management processes. The Junior Treasury Analyst will provide support to the Treasury Analysts in (1) Liquidity and Payments Solutions, (2) Investment, Debt, and Compliance, and (3) Treasury Accounting.

What You'll Do

• Update daily exchange rate in Yardi;
• Provide support in maintaining and ensuring receipts of bank documents such as commitment letters, mortgage statements, term deposit statements, and BA confirmations;
• Assist with managing liquidity such as cash sweeps, payment fundings, and other cash movements required;
• One (1) year of experience in an accounting or administrative role;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Strong Excel skills demonstrated through the use of advanced Excel formulas (such as vlookup, index, match, sumifs, concatenate, etc.) and pivot tables would be considered an asset;
• Post secondary education in Accounting or Finance would be considered an asset;
• Experience with Yardi would be considered an asset.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations;
• Provide support in the KYC process with banks when needed;
• Other job-related duties and/or projects may be assigned.
• Assist with the preparation of certified cheques, bank drafts, and other bank letters;
• Assist with processing joint-ventures’ cash transfers and other partners’ contributions/cash calls;
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, building strong relationships across the organization and with external partners;
• Assist with downloading monthly bank statements, analyzing bank transactions and processing journal entries;
• Process cheque deposits through e-scan and over-the-counter deposits;
• Process payments such as EFT, ACH, wires, and bill pay (including file imports) in our banking platforms;
