2+ years of experience in a role related to Treasury, Finance, Capital Markets, and/or related

Support the VP, Finance & Corporate Treasury with negotiating bank and service fees

Manage and maintain relationships with banking providers

Owning the firm’s payment and cash management responsibilities

Has at least three years of experience in a cash management role

Will take ownership over the organization and execution of the cash management function

Possess exceptional analytical reasoning skills, and can formulate creative solutions to complex problems

Full cycle accounting experience, ideally for multiple entities

Experience working with cryptocurrency transactions

Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Finance or Economics, or an approved equivalent combination of education and experience.

Provides input into the Master Plan updates and growth management studies conducted by the Region, as required. 

Working with the Manager, develops recommendations regarding growth management regulations and implementation by providing research and analytical support.

Demonstrated experience and knowledge dealing with multi-national banks to negotiate and execute corporate financing arrangements

Manage the company's cash position, including forecasting and cash flow analysis

Manage relationships with banks, investment firms, rating agencies and other financial institutions

Manage debt and capital markets activities, including issuance of debt and securities while negotiating favorable financing terms

• Excellent analytical, problem solving, time management and organizational skills.

• Strong knowledge of design, development, and implementation experience utilizing data science technologies.

• 5+ years of experience in data solutions and applying data techniques.

• 5+ years relevant experience in Financial Institutions.

• Strong interpersonal skills; specifically able to act as change agent, facilitator and collaborator.

• Highly developed communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills are considered necessary for the success of this role.

Manages administration positions through recruitment, promotion, transfer, performance management, training/development, and daily supervision/delegation of work.

Ensures residents care funds, maintained by the community, are managed in accordance with the residents’ requests and federal and provincial requirements.

Responsible for overall site bi-weekly payroll, related data entry and timesheet/schedule reconciliations.

• Establish a global liquidity management process, including a possible intercompany loan platform.

• Work with the finance teams on the establishment of 13-week monthly rolling liquidity forecasting.

• Establish a treasury/banking platform and processes after acquisition closing.

• Work up banking processes in the event the lender(s) requires a full cash dominion structure.

• Assist with establishing any HR-related debit/funding needs with payroll services, FSA, 401(k), dental, etc.
